Important Notes:

  • Any order issues caused by the logistics company i.e. order delays, duties, taxes, etc. are not under our responsibility. If you have any dispute related to logistics, please feel free to contact support via email. Our team is doing their best to ensure your satisfaction through your shopping experience at our website.
  • For Standard shipping method, terms will be DDU & DDP depending on delivery region, you 'as a customer' will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon order arrival.
  • We will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the country due to the limited international transportation.
  • We will not accept any disputes when you choose the shipping method, which is not trackable when orders arrived at some countries, states, or cities.
  • We will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the country due to the limited international transportation.
  • Some products i.e. Cameras, are prohibited in Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. If product was returned to warehouse due to limited international transportation regulations, we will ensure you have full refund of your paid order. 
  • We will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days counting from the date that order departed from warehouse as per the tracking status.
